A few quiet fixes since the housekeeping pass.

What changed:

• Licence activation now works with your purchased key. Bought a tool, a category, or the full suite? Paste the key into the app and it unlocks.
• Smart Sign on mobile: tapping the type tab now raises the keyboard. You can sign with text without fighting the focus.
• Heavy AI tools (upscale, background removal, restore, denoise, colourise, and a few others) warn before you start on mobile, and show a quiet line during processing. If the browser asks you to wait, let it. The page is still working.

Same pricing, same on-device processing, same nothing leaves your machine.

A small tidy-up after launch week.

What changed:

• Licence activation now unlocks the right tools. A category licence unlocks every tool in its category, and tools that belong to more than one category unlock under any of them. Fixed.
• PDF Workspace is web-only now. It lives at fwip.app/tools/pdf-reader/. Drop a PDF, route it through any tool. The desktop sidebar lists each PDF tool individually.

A few things worth calling out in this first build:

• AI tools that run locally. Background removal, image upscaling, OCR, speech-to-text. The models live on your device. No cloud round-trips.
• A workspace surface for PDFs and audio. Drop a file once, route to whatever you need.
• Smart Sign and Smart Search. Drag a PDF in, place a signature. Drag a doc in, ask a question. Both on-device.
• File encryption with strong, modern cryptography. The encrypted output is the only thing that touches your disk.

Coming up: a workflow layer (chain tools together), a docx editor, a prepress category for print production, and a paid PWA so the desktop license works on your phone.
